Mr. DeCicco's practice focuses on Internet issues, domain name disputes under the anti-cyber-squatters consumer protection act and UDRP, cyber crime / computer crime defense, trademark, copyright, business and general litigation and appeals.

Over his 20 year career as an attorney Mr. DeCicco has been counsel  in several highly litigated domain name disputes. Shortly prior to the first implementation of the Uniform Dispute Resolution Policy (UDRP), he was asked by the World Intellectual  Property Organization (WIPO) and National Arbitration Forum to serve on their respective panels of  neutrals and has served and continues to serve as an arbitrator in numerous UDRP domain disputes.
